Failure Messages and Hardware Problems
The kiosk software runs through a brief check of inputs as the kiosk application starts up. You may see temporary messages at the bottom of the screen as that check is conducted. However, if any module fails, the check message states 'Failure' and becomes permanently visible below the Workout, Admin and Demo buttons.
In the event this occurs or to diagnose any kiosk problem, use the links below to test each module before reporting the trouble. Refer to the Troubleshooting Guide for further details.
