Interpreting Tanita Codes

The kiosk software runs through a brief check of inputs as the kiosk application starts up. You may see temporary messages at the bottom of the screen as that check is conducted. However, if any module fails, the check message states 'Error' and becomes permanently visible below the Assessment, Admin and Demo buttons.

Additionally, the kiosk screen will display an appropriate message giving instructions which you should follow.

In the event these actions to not resolve the problem, please refer to the printed Instruction Manual and Technical Notes that were supplied with your Tanita and the LiftAmerica Kiosk Use Guide for the 1100 model.

The Tanita Body Composition Analyzer has a built-in screen for displaying the internal functions of the unit.  The following codes are selected highlights from the manual and not intended to replace the critical instructions contained in the manual or notes.
