Though LiftAmerica is the database company that supports your student's data collection and information storage, we also receive many calls concerning workout equipment and kiosk hardware problems. Unfortunately, we did not provide either the computer components or any other hardware, so do not have access to the information needed to resolve all these issues. Please understand that we are very happy to assist you to the full extent of our capacity, but may need to direct you to other manufacturers or suppliers for these kiosk or equipment problems.
