Guide to Accessing Features

 

To access Registration on the kiosk:

1.       Click the Admin button on the main screen

2.       Login using a teacher or school admin username and password

3.       Click the Register Kiosk button

4.        Click Done

 

To enter Enrollments on the computer, as a teacher:

1.       Login to the website as a teacher

2.       Select the class in which the student should be enrolled

3.       Select Add A New Student

4.       Enter the appropriate data in all fields

5.       Click Save

 

To access Kiosk User Demographics on the computer:

1.       Login to the website as a teacher

2.       Select the class containing the student for whom you wish to correct age

3.       Click on the student’s name

4.       Click Kiosk User Demographics on the record navigation block to the left

5.       Check the birth year and enter appropriate date

6.       Click Save 

 

To Transfer a student on the computer:
1.   Login to the website as a teacher
2.   Select the class in which the student is presently enrolled

3.       Click Select A Student

4.       Click Select for the appropriate student

5.       Click the Transfer Student link

6.       Select the new class to which the student should belong

7.       Click the Done button
